New Functions
in the Asset Explorer 
Use
In Release 4.6A, the asset value display transaction was replaced by the Asset Explorer. In the first stage of this replacement, not all the functions of the asset value display were available in the Asset Explorer. The functions listed below, that are also available in part in the asset value display transaction, are now available in the Asset Explorer:
- Currency translation
- Display of net book value at a given point in time
- Automatic search for objects related to the asset (equipment, purchase orders, and so on)
- Comparison of several depreciation areas or fiscal years in parallel
- Call of various asset reports
