• You can archive the PP_ORDER archiving object with either the standard functions (see Introduction) or from the task level menu. Choose Logistics ® Production ® Production control ® Tools ® Archiving ® Orders.
• The standard field catalog SAP_PP_ORDER001 and the standard information structure SAP_PP_ORDER001 are shipped for the PP_ORDER archiving object. You can use a field catalog and an information structure to define an index for the archives of the archiving object. If you use the index for retrieval purposes, you can search all the available archives without having to select them first.
