Converting a Planned Order into a Production Order and Releasing it 

  1. On the Stock/Requirements List as of ## Hrs screen, choose in front of the planned order whose details you want to display.
  2. In the dialog box, choose -> Prod.ord.
  3. Choose the Goods receipt tab.

    4. Here you can see, that the production order contains a valuation type field that is normally not found in a production order. In this case, the system recognizes that the material is subject to split valuation and automatically fills in the field.

  4. To see the current status of the order, choose .
  5. Choose .
  6. Choose .
  7. Make a note of the production order number.
  8. Choose .

    9. You see that the planned order has now been converted into a production order.

  9. Choose until the overview tree appears.
