Changes to Customizing of Asset Views 

Use

Up to now, Customizing of asset views was carried out in three steps:

• Define asset views

• Assign views to master data

• Assign views to depreciation areas

These functions are now grouped together under "Process Asset Views."

Up to now, the authorizations for asset views were also specified per logical field group.

Now you specify the authorizations for asset views per field group. You can select several field groups and assign them to the same authorization in one step.
