Dealing with advances: Expense types VORS and VORK
Description
When an advance is entered, the Cash office-indicator can be set. The expense types VORS (cash office-indicator not set) or VORK (cash office-indicator not set) are used to determine the wage type in table T706B.
Change system parameters in customizing
Preparation of amounts for the posting programs is controlled in feature TRVCT as of release 2.2 by means of two different switches (entry R: position 2 and position 7).
Furthermore, the sign (+/-)of the amount can be set (entry R: position 8 and position 9).
If you wish to use the expense type VORK, you must maintain feature 
TRVCT first.
