New Features for GR/IR Clearing Account Maintenance 

Use

As of Release 4.6C, you can perform the following activites in GR/IR clearing account maintenance:

• Narrow down the documents to be cleared more precisely using the enhanced selection feature

• Clear delivery costs

• Implement the output list using the ALV Grid Control

• Reverse account maintenance documents

Effects on Customizing

In the Implementation Guide (IMG) for Logistics Invoice Verification, you can maintain the number assignment for account maintenance documents in the following activities:

• Maintain Number Assignment for Accounting Documents

• Maintain Number Range for Account Maintenance Document

• Maintain Number Range Interval for Account Maintenance Document
