As of Release 3.0, output determination has been enhanced by the inclusion of the following functions:
It is now possible to assign a user group (parameter ND9) to a user and to specify a printer for each output type, plant, and storage location for this user group.
You can assign a transaction (for example, display material document, display purchase order, backorder processing) to GR mails and missing parts mails. When the recipient processes the mail message, he branches to the assigned transaction automatically. Parameters (for example, material number, document number, plant) can also be transferred.
You can define variables (such as material number, purchase order number, quantity to be delivered) in the text of GR mails. These variables are filled when the mail is created.
