Displaying the Purchase Requisition 

Procedure

  1. Choose to display the items in the purchase requisition.

    2. In this case, however, only one item exists.

    This item deals with a purchase requisition for a service (Item cat. D) that is assigned to the maintenance order (AcctAssCat F).

  2. Choose .
  3. Choose to display details of the service masters that have been assigned.
  4. Choose to display details for the next planned service.

    5. These services were copied from the general maintenance task list (GAS_EXT) assigned to the maintenance plan.

  5. Choose .
  6. Choose until the overview tree appears.
