Displaying Change Documents 

Procedure

  1. Choose Logistics ® Logistics Execution ®Transportation.
  2. Choose Shipment ®List ®Changes.
  3. Enter your selection criteria to limit the amount of change documents that appear in the list.
  4. Selection criteria include when the document was last changed, the shipment number or the table (for example, VTTK for the shipment header) or table field name (for example, STABF for transportation processing status).

  5. Enter in the Display section of the screen whether change documents are to be sorted according to shipment or input field.
  6. Choose Execute.

Result

The system displays a list of all change documents that match your selection criteria. The shipment number, change document number, user, time of change, transaction, table and field names and previous and changed values are displayed in this list. Details about changes made to individual fields are displayed when you click on that field.

You can also define your own user-specific variant for which fields you want to display and which ones you want to hide. You can then access these variants later.

The List Viewer features various functions that you can use to tailor the list to your needs. This tool allows you to total or sort columns, for example. You can also decide the sequence in which the columns are displayed. For more information, see ABAP List Viewer.
