Define Attributes

With this menu option, you can define up to ten attributes to characterize a contact person.

Note

To be able to define "mnemonic" descriptions of the attributes, you have to make corresponding changes in the Data Dictionary. This "mnemonic" description is then displayed when you maintain the attributes in the customer master record.

Actions

1. Enter in each case an alphanumeric key with up to 3 characters and a description for the attribute.

2. Make sure that the attribute keys are entered as further data in the customer master record of the appropriate contact person.
