Workflow Inbox
Available As MiniApp in Workplace 
Use
The workflow inbox is available as a MiniApp in the Workplace. The workflow inbox selects all of a user's work items from R/3 Systems with Release 3.1H or later. The user can choose between the views Inbox, Outbox and Resubmissions:
The inbox shows all the work items the current user has for processing. The user can click on the text to execute the work item. If the user clicks on the Display symbol, the work item display is started. Other actions are possible with a work item from the work item display.
For the outbox, the user can switch between various selection periods and between the following categories:
- Started workflows
- Executed work items
- Forwarded work items
Resubmissions contains all the user's work items from the resubmissions folders of the systems in question. These work items can be filtered according to task and resubmission date.
The user can update any view at any time by clicking the Refresh button.
