Define Buying Habits

With this menu option, you define the types of buying habits the contact persons at the customer location show towards your sales representatives.

1. Enter an alphanumeric key with up to 2 characters and a description of the buying habits of a contact person.

2. Make sure that the buying habits key for a contact person is entered in the appropriate customer master record.
