The database logs of the SAP utilities BRBACKUP and BRARCHIVE are stored in tables SDBAH and SDBAD. The SAP utility SAPDBA also uses these tables. SAPDBA saves information from the main log
reorg<DBSID>.log in these database tables (see Main Log ).
You should never manually change tables SDBAH and SDBAD. Only the appropriate SAP utilities and the R/3 System CCMS may append or change these tables.
As a result, this manual will not describe these tables in detail, but instead only list an overview of which information BRBACKUP/BRARCHIVE stores in which tables. This information is by no means complete.

In addition, table SDBAD contains internal BRBACKUP information about compression rates and backup durations for the individual database files.
