Defining User-Specific Settings 

  1. Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® HR Funds and Position Management.
  2. Choose Settings ® User-specific settings.
  3. The User-Specific Settings dialog box appears.

  4. Select the appropriate tab page, and flag the Display options that you want to have on permanent display.
  5. If applicable, select an access option on the Access tab page.
  6. To save your personal settings, choose .

You can also change your user-specific settings in the Overall Budget and Organization components by choosing .
