Self-Services for Qualifications and Requirements
Use
The following new Employee Self-Services are
available for qualifications and requirements:
- Display Qualifications
(MY_QUALIS)
Allows a user to view his/her qualifications.
- Display Requirements
(MY_REQUIREMENT)
Allows the user to display the requirements of the position that he/she
currently holds.
- Profile Matchup With Own Position
(MY_PROFILEMATC)
Allows a user to run a profile matchup for his/her qualifications and the
requirements of the position he/she currently holds.
