Regulatory reporting data comprises specific information for a class that supplements the entries made in the basic data screen.

The Regulatory reporting area includes all the fields that you can choose display using the field selection control. You can enter the following data:

For stocks (product category 010) and bonds (product category 040):

• The custody type of a security
• A key for your securities account statistics
• An indicator for the tax treatment of the security
• An indicator for reporting obligations under the Securities Trading Law (STL)

For bonds (product category 040), you can also enter:

• Whether the bond is funded
• Whether it is a secondary loan

For convertible bonds and warrant bonds (product categories 070 and 060), you can only enter the tax treatment and the secondary loans data.
