Converting the Planned Order into a Production Order 

  1. On the Stock/Requirements List as of ## Hrs screen, double-click on your planned order to the display detailed information.

    2. A dialog box appears.

  2. Choose -> Prod. Order (Convert planned order into production order).
  3. Choose .

    4. You see the material components.

  4. Choose .
  5. Choose .

    6. You now see the operations.

    Make a note of the final operation in the list (0060).

  6. To analyze the operations schedule, choose Goto ® Graphic ® Gantt chart.
  7. Choose .
  8. In the dialog box, choose Yes.
  9. Choose .
  10. To schedule the order, choose .
  11. Choose .

    12. Make a note of the production order number.

  12. Choose .

    13. The planned order (PlOrd.) was converted into a production order (ProdOrd).

  13. Choose until the overview tree appears.
