Accessing the Employee Component 

Procedure

  1. Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® HR funds and position management ® Organization ® Employee ® Display or Change.
  2. The Employee: Initial Screen appears.

  3. Select a person, and specify the appropriate financial year.
  4. Choose  or .

Result

The system displays any relationships that exist between the employee and positions to which he/she is assigned. Also displayed are relationships between the employee and the budget structure elements used to finance him/her. The rest of the information that you can display will depend on the status of the overall budget.

 

By choosing , you can toggle between display mode and change mode.
