'Send Mail' 
Use
The step type Send mail replaces the former Workflow Wizard Include "Send mail" .
When defining a step of this type, you enter all the data required for the mail on the tab page Mail . This includes the mail recipient, the mail text and the subject. When you exit the step definition, a corresponding task is created automatically, for which you can specify an abbreviation and a short text.
