Maintain Statistics Groups for Material

In this IMG activity, you define the statistics groups which can be used in the allocation of individual materials.

Statistics groups can be assigned to materials in the maintenance of material master record (screen "Sales 2").

1. Determine how which groups of materials should influence the statistics update.

2. Define the statistics groups as follows:

a) Enter a one-digit, alphanumeric key in field Sats (material: statistics group).

b) Enter an explanatory text for the respective statistics group in the Descr. field.

3. Make sure that the statistics groups are entered into the material master records.
