Maintain Statistics Groups for Customers

In this IMG activity, you define the statistics groups which can be used in the allocation of individual customers.

Statistics groups can be assigned to customers in the maintenance of the customer master record (screen "Sales").

1. Determine which groups of customers should influence the statistics update.

2. Define the statistics groups as follows:

a) Enter a one-digit, alphanumeric key in field Stat (customer: statistics group).

b) Enter an explanatory text for the respective statistics group in the Descr. field.

3. Make sure that the statistics groups are entered into the customer master records.
