Accessing an Individual Dev. Plan (Starting Out From the Structural Display for an Organizational Unit) 

Procedure

  1. Select the entry you want.
  2. Choose Navigation ® Planning ® Individual development.

    3. The Person: Display Profile (<Data selection period>) screen appears. The Individual development tab page is displayed.

  3. To change the individual development plan, choose Individual development ® Display « Change.

Result

You have accessed the individual development plan, and can now edit it.
