Billing Block for Milestone Deadline 
Use
When confirmation is received, the deadline is updated in the billing plan and the billing block is deleted. If confirmation is cancelled, the billing block for the new billing always has to be set manually.
For Release 4.6C the billing block can be set automatically, by rereading the Customizing data for the deadline category and proposing a billing block from the Customizing data.
