The elements _WF_Initiator and _WI_Group_Id are standard elements in the workflow container.

The element NOTIFICATION was created in addition to the standard elements.

Both items of information are available as event parameters in the container for the triggering event and must be passed to the workflow container "per binding".

Triggering Event of Workflow Template

The event CREATED (task created) is entered as the triggering event for object type QMSM ( Tasks) in this workflow template. The linkage between the event and the workflow template to be started is generally inactive in the standard system. If the workflow template is to be started, it must first be activated in Customizing for SAP Business Workflow.
