Enhancements to Time Management Operations

Enhancements have been made to the following operations:

1. HRS : Process the number-of-hours field

2. COMOT : Compare overtime pairs

3. VARST : Read general fields

4. OUTWP : Read work center data

5. FILLP : Update time pair information

6. COLER : Collect in error table

7. TEXIT : Terminate processing for current schema sequence

8. DAYPG : Replace daily work schedule

9. OUTPQ : Read data from attendance quotas

10. TABLE : Prepare access to table fields
