As of Release 3.0, it is possible to set the zero count automatically for all items not counted when entering a physical inventory count with reference to a physical inventory document.
Consequently, you only need to enter the quantity counted for the inventory items with stock. You no longer need to set the indicator Zero count for every single item with zero stock.
If you have several items with a zero count to enter for a physical inventory count with reference to a physical inventory document, choose Edit -> Set zero count.
The indicator Zero count is set automatically for every item not counted.
You can also set this indicator using a batch input report. To do so, select Environment -> Set zero count from the physical inventory menu.
