You can display the following line items:

• Open items

• Cleared items

• Parked items

• Items with special G/L transactions

• Vendor items with customer items or vice versa

If you have posted invoices and want to display the open items, you have the following options:

• Display the document and then the line items. For more information, see the section Document Display in the Document Posting documentation.

• You can display the account and then the line items.

You can change the line layout from the line item display.

You can also carry out mass changes for line items, for example, to change a dunning block or a payment method. For more information, see the section Mass Changes to Customer and Vendor Line Items in the Document Posting documentation.
