Settings: Quality Management

In this section, you make the application-specific update settings for the quality control within Quality Management.

According to the reorganization of the datasets, reporting is only possible from the archive. This requires special measures and certain data accesses are no longer automatically possible. Therefore, important transaction data is copied to the QM Information System in aggregated form before archiving.

Recommendation

• You should coordinate the evaluation and reorganization rhythms.

• You should reorganize the transaction data immediately after the completion of all evaluations for the previous period.

• You should not reorganize the transaction data until it is no longer necessary to access the original data.
