Monitor 
Use
As of Release 4.6C, a new monitor enables you to display spending account claims according to their status. Claims that are not yet approved can be approved or rejected directly from the monitor.
If you implement the Employee Self-Service for Spending Account Claims , for example, you can use the monitor to periodically collect and process claims entered online by employees (which automatically have the initial status 'Not yet approved').
