In this section you can insert the cadastral categories. The key of each line of the table is the category code (Cat. ID) and all the informations about it are given by the cadastral office.
Case 1: Existing cadastral category.
Insert the Cat. ID, the category group (not mandatory), the category
coefficient, the revaluation coefficient for the calculation of the cadastral
revenue from an old revenue value, the raising rate and the category
description.
Case 2: Not existing cadastral category.
- Agricultural land.
Insert a Category record for the Agricultural lands with a virtual
Cat. ID (for example 'TA'), with a category coefficient and a
description like 'Agricultural Land'.
- Others.
Insert a virtual Cat. ID and description
(for example: NN No category)
