Create Annual Values

In this IMG activity you specify the wage types that are cumulated in the annual table (e.g. to print annual values of certain wage types on the payroll form). This is controlled by processing class 30 (to update the cumulation).

Activities

To check how the wage types in this step are cumulated in the annual table and make necessary changes, proceed as follows:

1. Flag a wage type and choose Details
2. Check whether the number and/or amount of a wage type is required as an annual value
3. If you want to make changes, enter a validity period and choose the appropriate specification of the processing class

Recommendation

SAP recommends that you do not create your own specifications for processing class 30.
