Set Up Postings for Fixed Costs

In certain situations, all postings for a specific cost type are to be posted, irrespective of the employee , to a particular cost center or order rather than to the usual account assignment (such as the employee's own cost center).

In this step, you make the settings for such fixed cost postings.

Requirements

The required fixed cost centers and cost types have been created in Controlling.

Activities

1. Choose New entries.
2. For each company code, and if required, for each business area, enter the relevant cost types and the required cost centers or orders.
