All these project objects remain in the worklist after you have left the Project Builder and are available when you start work again.

If you copy data to the worklist, this is automatically assigned to the relevant category:
This helps organize the project data in your worklist and gives you a better overview.

You cannot copy other project objects (for example, activities, activity elements, milestones, documents) individually to your worklist. You can only copy them to the worklist as part of a substructure (WBS elements, networks).
The following table lists how to execute various functions in the worklist:

Opens the project object in the structure tree and the work area. If you have processed data in the work area and not yet saved it, a warning query appears. |
Copy objects to the worklist |

Remove objects from worklist |
Select a project object in the worklist and choose Remove from worklist in the context menu. |
The project object is removed from the worklist. It is not deleted from the project structure. |
Empty worklist |
In the context menu, choose Empty worklist. |
All the project objects in the worklist and the history are deleted. The system asks you to confirm this action before it empties the worklist. |
Change display sequence |
In the context menu, choose Display sequence and then the required sequence. |
You can specify the following sequences for the presentation of the worklist:
Changing the sequence here also changes the sequence in the Templates screen area and in the structure tree. |
