Use the status overview to inform yourself about the currently active user and system statuses in a work breakdown structure or network. You can display the status of project definitions, WBS elements, network headers and activities.

You can see the important statuses directly in the header of project definitions or networks as well as in the WBS element overview and activity overview.

You can also display a screen with details of user and system statuses for project definitions, WBS elements, network headers and activities. Here you can see which statuses are active together with their full name. There is also an overview of the business transactions that these statuses allow or prohibit. As long as a user status has not been set, you can also assign another status profile to the object and thus use other user statuses. In this case the assignment does not depend on the project profile or network profile used.

The system displays statuses as a:

• 30 character text
• As a four character abbreviation

Both display formats are language dependent.

You can obtain an overview of the important active user and system statuses:

• On the Basic data tab page in the project definition
• On the Scheduling tab page in the network header
• In the activity overview on the Total tab page, for instance (only system status)
• On the Total tab page, for instance, in the WBS element overview
