Use
To execute functions in the project planning board, you must first select objects in the table area. The system then knows which objects the function refers to.
The selection functions in the menu of the project planning board always refer to the Gantt chart. To select objects in the overviews, use the relevant functions in the context menu.

Click in the selection field of the first object, keep the CTRL key pressed and click in the selection of the last object. All the objects between are selected too. |

If you have set the Add.Sel. Acts indicator in the options profile for the graphics profile in Customizing for Basis, you can select or deselect several objects without pressing the Shift key.
