The payroll journal contains detailed, selected payroll data that was compiled for several employees in a given period or for a payroll period. For more information about the payroll journal refer to the SAP Library under Payroll -> <Country> -> Subsequent Activities -> Payroll Journal.
You can use your old converted forms or the SAP standard forms as the basis for your payroll journal. In this step, you convert your old forms and set up the new payroll journal using the form editor. For more information on the form editor refer to the SAP Library under Human Resources -> HR Tools -> Form Editor .
