Assign Wage
Types to Compensation Models
In this step, you specify the wage types that
are to be included in or excluded from the total value of your
compensation models . Each wage type can be given a weighting
within the set.
Example
The compensation model CH35 determines working
hours as the total of planned hours (wage type MI01) excluding 25% of
piecework time (wage type ML01).
Activities
1. Decide which
wage types are to make up a compensation model.
2. Select the
compensation model to which you want to assign wage types, as
prompted.
3. Choose
New entries.
4. Enter the
appropriate wage types.
5. If the value
of a wage type is to be included in the total value for the model, enter a +
(plus) sign. If it is to be deducted from the total, enter a - (minus)
sign.
6. If you want
a wage type to be taken into account only partially, enter a weighting
percentage.
Note that a
weighting factor of 100% is displayed as 00.00%
