R/3 Database Guide: Informix (BC-DB-INF-DBA)

SAP simplifies Informix database administration for you by providing various DBA functions in the Computing Center Management System (CCMS) of the R/3 System. You can use this to schedule database archives, database backups, logical-log backups, database system checks, and update statistics. Refer to SAP/Informix DBA in CCMS.
