Create Draft
Form
Before you set up a form in the system, you
should draw up a draft of the required form on squared or graph paper before
starting configuration. This will help you to avoid errors during
configuration of the system.
In this step, you draw a paper draft of the
required form.
Activities
If you are using a pre-printed form, skip the
first step.
1. Determine
the format (portrait/landscape) and the number of lines and columns for the
required form.
2. Mark the
individual lines and columns on the sheet of squared or graph paper, or on the
pre-printed form by numbering them, starting at "1".
3. Enter the
data required in the required position on the draft.
4. Decided how
you want to set up the individual items of information.
5. Proceed as
in the descriptions for each of the forms.
