Confirmations 

Prerequisites

You are in a project in the project planning board or the Project Builder.

You can only confirm activities and activity elements, if

You must have defined certain confirmation parameters in Customizing for the Project System previously.

Procedure

  1. Select the activity to be confirmed.

Choose in the

Pushbutton/Menu Path

Project Builder

Edit -> Activity -> Confirm

Project planning board

The Create Network Confirmation: Actual Data screen appears.

  1. Enter the necessary confirmation data.
  2. Choose .

Before you leave the confirmation, you can go to a separate dialog box to enter goods movements.

Result

According to your settings in Customizing, the system executes the confirmation immediately or later in a background job.
