Change Weekly Report

Procedure

Select the weekly report that you would like to change.

Choose Weekly report ® Change.

The Trip data maintain: Weekly reports screen appears.

You can change or supplement the miles/kilometers traveled by the day.

You can change or supplement the individual receipts by the day.

If you want to change or add more detailed trip facts to the weekly report, choose the necessary entry functions via Goto ® <Entry function> or Extras ® <Entry function>. Change or supplement the trip facts via the relevant entry functions.

Choose Weekly report ® Save.

Result

You have changed or supplemented the trip facts for the selected weekly report.
