Deleting Component Assignments 

Prerequisites

If you have already edited material components in a routing that belong to a different BOM as the material components you want to delete, you must call up the group again.
For technical reasons you can only edit data for one BOM each time you call up the transaction.

Procedure

  1. Call up one of the following screens:

    To do so, choose Goto ® Comp. assig. -gen. in the operation overview.

    – The material component overview for the operation

    In the operation overview select the operation and choose Goto ® Comp. assig -op.

  2. Select the components, whose assignment you want to delete.
  3. Choose Edit ® Delete.

Result

The system deletes the component assignment. You can reassign the material components.
