Calling the Order Progress Report 

Use

You can call up the order progress report from various places in the SAP menu and using various functions. The overall profile is a required entry.

From the Shop Floor Control Menu

  1. Choose Logistics ® Production ® Shop Floor Control ® Information Systems ® Order Progress Report.
  2. Enter the selection criteria (see Functions in the Order Progress Report under Element selection and Overall profile).
  3. Choose .
  4. Process the report (see Functions in the Order Progress Report).
  5. Exit the report.

From the Material Requirements Planning Menu

  1. Choose Logistics ® Production ® MRP ® Evaluations ® Order Progress.
  2. Enter the selection criteria (see Functions in the Order Progress Report under Element selection and Overall profile).
  3. Choose .
  4. Use the report (see Functions in the Order Progress Report).
  5. Exit the report.

From the Order Information System

Choose Logistics ® Production ® Shop Floor Control ® Information Systems ® Order Information System.

  1. Choose the entry Object overview in the List field.
  2. Enter the profile and the selection criteria.
  3. Choose .
  4. Place the cursor on the production order for which you want to see the report.

The selected production order must have a reference to a sales order or a WBS element.

  1. Choose . Now you can use the report (see Functions in the Order Progress Report).
  2. Exit the report.

From the Sales Order

  1. Choose Logistics ® Sales and Distribution ® Sales ® Order ® Display.
  2. Enter the sales order number.
  3. Choose .
  4. Select the item, for which you want to see the order progress report.
  5. Choose Environment ® Order report. Now you can use the report (see Functions in the Order Progress Report)
  6. Exit the report.

From the Order Browser

Choose Logistics ® Production ® Master data ® BOMs ® BOM ® Order BOM ® Order browser

  1. Enter the sales order number, the order item and the application.
  2. Choose Goto ® Order progress.
  3. Use the report (see Functions in the Order Progress Report)
  4. Exit the report.
