Displaying a Where-Used List for a Production Resource/Tool 

Proceed as follows to display a where-used (assignments) list of the routings in which a production resource/tool is used:

  1. From the routings menu, select the menu options Reporting ® Where-used ® Prod.resources/tools.

    2. You reach the Use of PRT in Task Lists: Selection screen. Generally, the system proposes fields to display material PRTs.

  2. If you want a different PRT category, select the menu options Settings ® PRT category or press the corresponding function key. You reach a dialog box with the four PRT categories.

    3. Position the cursor on the desired PRT category and press Continue .

  3. Enter data specific to the PRT category:

    4. – for a "document" PRT, enter a document number, document type, document part and the document version

    – for an "equipment" PRT, enter the number which identifies the equipment

    – for a "material" PRT, enter the material number and the corresponding plant

    – for a "miscellaneous" PRT, enter the key which identifies the PRT

  4. Select an overview variant. To select an overview variant, select the menu options Settings ® Object overview or press the function key Object overview.

    5. You reach the Enter overview variant dialog box. Enter the desired overview variant and press Continue.

  5. Select the menu options Goto ® Execute.

You see a list of all routings to which the production resource/tool was assigned.

Proceed as follows to call up the detail screen for a routing object (for example, header details):

Position the cursor on the corresponding object or select it and the menu options Goto ® Details.

Proceed as follows to call up the overview screen for a routing object (for example, routing overview):

Position the cursor on the corresponding object or select it and select the menu options Goto ® Choose.
