Reduction in Operation

The following reduction measures can be carried out with respect to the operation:

Reduction of the queue time: For each reduction level, you can specify the percentage by which the queue time is to be reduced. However, you cannot reduce to a value smaller than the minimum queue time.

Reduction of the execution time by splittingDividing an operation between several people or machines results in a reduction of the execution time.

Reduction of the lead time by overlapping
You can reduce the overall lead time of an order by overlapping operation processing.

Reduction of the move time
You can reduce the standard move time as far as the minimum move time.

The minimum wait time cannot be reduced.
