Creating Production Resources/Tools as a Document 

  1. On the R/3 main menu choose Logistics ® Production ® Master data ® Prod.resources/tools and then Prod.resources/tools ® Document ® Create.
  2. Enter the relevant data on the initial screen.

    3. Use a document category that is intended for use as a production resource/tool.

  3. Choose Enter.
  4. Enter the document data.

    You release the document for use as a PRT by maintaining the document status..

  5. Save the document.
