Maintaining Data for Services

  1. In the activity overview choose the External processing tab page.
  2. Enter the data for the activity and set the Service indicator.
  3. Choose Enter.

    4. You may have to enter some additional data for external processing, for example the material group and the purchasing group.

  4. Enter the services required for the activity.

Outlining Service Specifications

You can break down the services you enter further and enter additional services for each level in the outline.

  1. On the Service Specifications Maintain screen, select the menu options Goto ® Outline.

    2. The Service Specifications Outline screen is displayed.

  2. Position your cursor on the service and click on Edit ® New Subgroup.

    3. The Maintain Outline Level screen is displayed.

  3. Enter a new outline level, a short text and then choose Continue.

    4. A new subgroup is created.

  4. If necessary, create more outline levels.
  5. Position your cursor on the service and choose Goto ® Services.
  6. Enter the services.
  7. Choose Back.

    8. The service outline reappears.

  8. By choosing Extras ® Total values you can cumulate the planned values on the top outline level.
  9. You can also view the structure or the service values graphically by selecting the menu options Goto ® Graphic® Hierarchy graphic.
