What You Should Know

Change the time interval for the graphic area

Settings ® Options ® Planning board and then Increment on the Settings tab page

If you change the time interval, for example from day to hour, the accuracy of your planning will also change. For instance if you create date bars for activities in the graphic area, these are accurate to an hour.

Change the date line

Settings ® Options ® Planning board ® Settings tab page ® Date line

You can choose another date instead of the current date for the date line in the graphic area.

Change set of dates and the times of activities

Settings ® Options ® Planning board ® Settings tab page ® Set of Dates

You can specify which set of dates, for instance basic or actual dates, and whether these are the earliest or latest dates.

Graphic representation and scale of the time axis (only in bar chart)

Settings ® Time axis assistant

You can use the time axis assistant to edit the time axes of the planning and evaluation periods.
