Use
You can change the graphical presentation of the project planning board as required with the planning board assistant.

You can save the settings individually for each user, independently of the graphic profile. Your changes are not saved in the graphic profile.
Features
You change the following settings in the table area of the Gantt chart and the overviews.

Activities
The Gantt chart and the overviews are displayed on the left-hand side of planning board assistant as nodes in a tree. When you expand on of these nodes the sections and objects in the Gantt chart or the overviews are displayed. You can then edit these sections. Depending on which sub-node you select, objects are displayed on tab pages on the right-hand side of the planning board assistant and can be edited here.
If you change settings, for instance color or font, you can see the effect of your changes in a small preview window immediately. You can also see the effects of your changes in the planning board itself without leaving the planning board assistant by choosing
.
If you want to work with your own settings for the project planning board, choose Save user settings. These settings are then saved under your user and are used each time you call up the project planning board.
If you want to work with the standard settings from Customizing, choose
. If you then want to work with these standard settings in future, choose Save user settings.
