Using Filters 

Use

In the Gantt chart you can use filters to display only those objects that are of interest. For instance you can display objects that have a budget of more than USD 10,000.

Procedure

  1. Choose .
  2. The Select Conditions dialog box appears.
  3. Copy the required selection criteria for project objects from the right-hand column to the left-hand column.
  4. Choose Continue.

    5. The Set User-Defined Conditions dialog box appears.

  5. Enter the conditions for your selection criteria.

    6. You can also save the conditions as a variant for later use.

  6. Choose Set conditions.

    7. Only those project objects are displayed that meet your conditions.

  7. To return to the complete project, open the list box to the right of and choose Undo.
  8. If you want to use the same filter later, for instance after you added more project objects, open the list box to the right of and choose Apply.(You cannot use this function after Undo.)
